The Google Now Launcher that debuted with the Nexus 5 is now available in the Play Store. The launcher brings a stock Android experience to your phone with features like swipe left for Google Now and “OK Google” hotword detection.
Unfortunately, the launcher is only available to Nexus and Google Play Edition devices at the moment. This means your older Nexus devices will finally get the same launcher as Google’s current flagship phone.
It’s only a matter of time before other phones get the Google Now Launcher. It will be interesting to see if Google can bring the launcher to devices running older versions of Android.
